This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on roctify.com, why, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy. We follow article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the guidelines and recommendation of the CNIL on cookies.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. It allows the site to recognise your device and remember information about your visit. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work. Others, such as audience measurement or advertising cookies, are only placed after you have given your consent, and you can refuse them as easily as you accept them.
2. Your choices
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept all cookies, refuse all optional cookies, or choose by purpose. Refusing is as simple as accepting, and refusing does not prevent you from using the site.

3. Cookies that do not require consent
These cookies and storage items are strictly necessary to provide the site or a service you ask for, or to secure it. They are exempt from consent under French law.

When you use our free SEO checker, Cloudflare Turnstile may run a security check to block automated abuse. It works without advertising cookies and only processes the technical data needed for this check.
On app.roctify.com, strictly necessary session cookies keep you signed in to your Account and protect your forms against attacks.
4. Cookies that require your consent
These cookies are only placed if you accept them in the banner or in your cookie settings.

Audience measurement helps us understand which pages are useful and improve the site. The statistics are kept for a maximum of 25 months. Advertising cookies help us measure which campaigns bring visitors to Roctify.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Google LLC may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google is certified, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare also relies on standard contractual clauses and is certified under the Data Privacy Framework.
6. Pages created by Roctify users
Creators and brands who use Roctify can publish their own link in bio pages and online stores, and may add their own tools such as analytics or advertising pixels. In that case, they act as data controllers for these tools and are responsible for informing their visitors and collecting their consent where required.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected].
